I truly love the ingredients, scents and look of this product. I started ordering Bumbly Bee before Christmas 2020 as I started developing allergies to Yankee Candles. I LOVED the candles I received in the winter. Ever since the wicks changed however I have had extreme sifficulty lighting my candles. Often I’ll get one or two wicks to work in the 3 wick candles, and then the single wicks I very often can’t get them lit at all. Its a shame because I absolutely love this product, I just want to be able to light the candle. I’ll still give 4 stars as I know the wicks are new and can still be developed, I know you guys constantly strive to work towards candles that meet your customers expectations as well environmentally safe products. Its all a learning curve!
